MRw bSComplicated designs composed of a great number of MV / LV switchgears, transform-ers, power generators, etc. often do not fit into even the biggest structures (8160 mm x 3060 mm).
ZPUE S.A., as one of few companies on the market, has a fixing system called “MRw-bs” in its offer. It is designed for typical concrete containers, which are prepared based on the needs of individual customers. Storey “MRw-bSP” stations can be used in order to reduce the investment costs of facilities with high installed power demand.

The main advantage of such stations is the concentration of high power transformer units in a small area. The catalogue only presents examples of manufactured stations. It is possible to realize other solutions adjusted to individual needs, including: stations with several transformers with rated power up to 4000 kVA, stations with electric power generator with rated power up to 2000 kVA.

Localization of the station due to fire safety requirements

The mounting area of the station should be chosen in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002, with regard to the technical requirements of buildings localization (Journal of Laws of 15 June 2002, No 75, item 690, with later changes) or local regulations.
Individual cases of localization/placing of the station should be considered on an individual basis and consulted with ZPUE S.A. or with other authorized services (opinion given by fire protection officer).

WALLS AND CEILLINGS FINISH

Internal and external walls are covered with decorative white acrylic plaster. All metal elements installed outside the station are made from powder-coated aluminium according to the RAL color palette. Colouristics as well as elevation type are offered in the standard version (table below). It is also possible to design the station according to individual architectural requirements, taking into account all available materials to finish the concrete and metal surfaces (door, louvres), roofing slopes, and roof flashings.

TRANSPORT

ZPUE S.A., as one of few companies that manu-factures prefabricated container stations, has its own fleet. Transport services provided by the company are aimed to lower the costs of trans-porting ZPUE S.A. devices and to improve the quality of customer service. We offer a transport set with a total permissible weight of 70 tonnes, which can transport even 50 tonnes of load. We have the latest generation of vehicles with Euro 6 exhaust emission (a norm of limiting exhaust emission by new vehicles sold in the European Union).

PLACING STATION

MRw-bS type station placing should be done following the same steps as in the MRw-b type station. However, with the exception that on the sand- gravel ballast, a reinforced concrete stabilization panel should be applied, which prevents curling and uneven settling of particular stations. The minimum thickness recommended for a reinforced concrete panel is 20 cm, concrete class C16/20, and minimum reinforcement at the top and bottom made from reinforcing bars is: top/ bottom O10/ O12 mm in maximum spacing of 25 cm, of AIIIN steel (for example, RB 500 W, 20G2VY-b – special steel), top and bottom reinforcement shifted in relation to one another by a half of the mesh.
An actual and target thickness of the stabiliza-tion panel, as well as the reinforcement used, should be verified by design calculations, which include the bearing capacity of the soil in the installation area, also taking into consideration the weight of the station with its equipment.
